SHIPPING POLICY

Orders Placed Via Website:

Is processed immediately & shipped within 72 Business hours once your order has been placed. The tracking instructions will be provided by email (Please allow 24-48 for updates with the carrier.) 

 

Please do not contact me regarding the shipment of your order until after the 5th business day of your order shipping. Note that there may be delays due to Covid-19. Orders will be delivered to the carrier on Wednesdays or Fridays of each week. 

Orders placed Via FB/TK live:

 It is shipped within 72 Business hours once your order has been paid in full. The tracking instructions will be provided by email (Please allow 24-48 for updates with the carrier.)  Please pay for claimed items within 24 business hours to avoid any delay in shipping your purchase(s). If the invoice is not settled within 48 hours the item will be returned to inventory.

Drop-shipping Orders:

 are processed immediately and delivered to you with in 15 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, inclement weather, and postal delays).  By the 15th business day your Order will be delivered to your door. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final.

 

Orders are processed immediately, canceling and changing details are not permitted. We are not responsible for customer address errors, and we are not required to change customer address nor respond to address change request nor refund orders because of address issues caused by the customer (for security reasons). Product information has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA, we make no medical claims. Please use products at your discretion and confidence in your own knowledge and research. Check with your doctor for any health concerns.

 

We are not responsible for address errors or discrepancies caused by the postal service. If a delivered package is stolen customers must contact the carrier and if it's not there then file a police report. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund an order due to a missing discount code.

We are not liable for address typos and cannot guarantee address changes.
